Prompt. Honest. Reliable. Need I say more?! Matter of fact, I will. Ash was very professional as he returned my call within less than an hour of leaving a frantic message on his voicemail. I told him that the outlet in my bedroom had went out he replied by telling me that he would meet me at my place by 4:30 later that day. To my surprise, Ash arrived 30 minutes early from our scheduled appointment and he gave me a reasonable estimate before actually working on the project! So he worked on the problem and just as quickly as he arrived, he also was prompt to solve the electrical problem (in less than an hour)! I was more than impressed at this point.

Ash from Edam's was able to come out the same week, troubleshoot, and explain the problems in a way I could understand (no dimmer switches on outlets unless you want your baby monitor and cell phone charger to melt down--whoopsie!). If you've ever had a mechanic that took the time to describe your car's issues and repair options, you'll understand why I was so appreciative. He fixed some problems on the spot and came back within 24 hours with parts to do the rest. He even offered different color options for the light switch changes we needed to make. He was efficient and trustworthy. We are so grateful not to be camping in our own house anymore, thanks Edam's!
